Payment Methods

You can shop with any of the following payment options:

  • BHIM UPI (GooglePay, PayTM UPI, etc.)
  • Wallets like PayTM Wallet, Freecharge, etc.
  • Visa, Mastercard Credit Cards
  • Debit Cards for more than 60 banks supported by our payment partners
  • Net Banking with more than 60 banks supported by our payment partners
  • Adwitam Gift Cards and Vouchers (in the form of codes provided, used for site credits)

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Currently, we do not offer cash on delivery. Payments must be made online through the above-mentioned options to complete your purchase.

What Should I Keep Handy for My Online Transaction?

To ensure smooth transactions, please keep the following handy:

  • For BHIM UPI: Keep your mobile phone ready where you have the UPI app set up, so you can respond to the payment notification and provide the PIN to complete the transaction.
  • For PayTM Wallet: Ensure you have the mobile device with PayTM set up to make the payment.
  • For Credit Cards: Keep your credit card details ready (cardholder name, number, CVV, expiry date). You will also need your 3D Secure password / Online Authorization Code (OAC) for authorization.
  • For Debit Cards: Keep your debit card ready (cardholder name, number, CVV, expiry date). You will be redirected to your bank’s site for 3D Secure authorization. Keep your OAC or IPIN handy.

Is It Safe to Use My Credit/Debit Card on Adwitam?

Absolutely! Shopping on Adwitam is completely safe. Transactions are processed via industry-leading payment gateways that are VeriSign Secured® and PCI-compliant. These payment gateways follow global information security standards and ensure that your card or account information is encrypted as it travels over the internet, making it safe.

Shipping Information

  • Shipping Timeline: Orders will be shipped within 5-7 working days after receiving payment.

  • Delivery Information: Please ensure that you provide your full address and contact number at the time of payment. If any information is missing or incorrect, your order might face delays or issues.

    If there are any problems with shipping after payment, please contact us at support@adwitam.com with your order details, phone number, order ID, and the email used for the payment. If accurate details are not provided, we may not be able to process or ship the product. Adwitam reserves the right to forfeit such payments.

  • Verification Process: If there are any issues with the shipping details, we may need to verify your information via email before we proceed with the shipment. Any decision by the Adwitam support team will be final and binding. Please note that no grievances will be addressed if the payment or order details are incorrect beyond 20 days after making the payment.

  • Shipping Partners: We ship within India through reputed couriers like DTDC, Blue Dart, and others depending on the region and network. We will continuously update our courier partners as we expand.
