Return and Refund Policy for Adwitam

At Adwitam.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please read our Return and Refund Policy below to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Return Policy

We offer returns on products purchased on Adwitam.com under the following conditions:

  • Eligible Products: Products such as Luddu Gopal Poshak, Bansuri, Mukut, Mala, Full Set Poshak, and other handcrafted items can be returned if they are unused, unopened, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Return Window: You can initiate a return request within 7 days from the date of receipt of your order.
  • Condition of Return: Products that are used, damaged, or missing parts will not be accepted for return.
  • Custom or Personalized Items: Any customized or personalized items (like made-to-order poshaks or jewelry with specific engravings) are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged during transit.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Send an email to radhakrishnacreationamazon@gmail.com with your order ID, reason for return, and photos of the product if it’s defective, damaged, or does not meet your expectations.
  • Step 2: We will review your return request and, if approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions on how to return the product.
  • Step 3: Pack the product securely in its original packaging (if available) and send it back to us using a reliable courier service.

Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or damaged.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refund Eligibility: If your return is accepted (as per the return policy above), we will process your refund within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned product.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (i.e., credit card, debit card, PayTM, UPI, etc.). If you paid via COD, the refund will be processed through bank transfer or wallet as per your preference.
  • Refund Amount: The refund will include only the product price. The shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective or damaged during transit.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving the order at radhakrishnacreationamazon@gmail.com. We will either offer a replacement or a refund based on your preference.

To ensure quick processing, please include:

  • Order ID
  • Photos of the damaged or defective product
  • Description of the issue

5. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

  • Custom-made, personalized, or engraved items.
  • Products that have been used or opened after delivery.
  • Gift cards or vouchers.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”.

6. Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that the order has not been processed or shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. In the event of a cancellation, we will provide a full refund to the original payment method.

7. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.
